Jen, instead of having the 'serious' forum, you might want to get rid of it in replace for other sub-forums...
ie.
Life?
Ranting/Venting
Maybe a guides section. (If someone is willing to write them(or copy+paste))
Game discussion for other games.
Anime and Cartoons, perhaps?
Movies!

Oh, and instead of having 5 different threads for the multimedia section, just combine them into one section with 5 different threads in them, for each part.
And instead of labeling this part the inquiries section, you should label it Questions and suggestions or something along those lines.
Everything is okay, I guess.
Btw, remove the Grammatical discussion forums please. ._.

I meant, for the serious thing, to have two different sections for Life and for Ranting.
You can't have them together in the same one, because Life is more about relationships and about family and might have more casual or sadness if something happened.
And on the other side, Ranting is about stuff that people need to get off their chest and has more of a RAWR! feeling.

tl;dr version: Separate Life and Ranting into their own sections, they don't go together.
